Return & Refunds Policy

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our research products, Ashenix does not accept returns of opened or used products.

Returns may only be accepted for unopened products in their original condition and packaging, subject to approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect product
  • A missing item

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued when:

  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
